I just finished a lease with Gaskill Realty and I told the new tenant that she will love living in this property and she will love renting from David Johnson. My condo was beautifully renovated and immaculately cleaned upon move-in. David was so completely fair and responsive throughout my lease. He is knowledgeable about the Triangle area and all types of properties. His newsletters are informative and helpful. I have moved out of the area but if I were to stay in Raleigh I would (100%) use David for all my realty needs.
