I have rented through Gaskill Realty for almost two years now and don’t have enough great things to say about the company.

David has been amazing to work with. He is extremely reliable and is great about keeping open communication about happenings around the property. Additionally, David is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. If anything comes up in/around the apartment, I’ve never had to worry about how long it would take to have the issue addressed– David is really on top of everything.

I’ve been in two different properties through Gaskill and they are both in such great locations and beautifully renovated. David and his team really do great work in providing reasonably priced homes that look great!
For as long as I continue to rent, I plan to do so through Gaskill Realty– honestly, they are amazing!
