I have rented from David at Gaskill Realty for almost three years, and he is a fantastic landlord and property manager. I have lived up and down the eastern coast as well as abroad and I’ve never had a propery manager like him! Any issues that I have – bugs, leaks, electrical, etc. – are all taken care of in a timely fashion. I rarely have to wait more than 24 hours – his quick response and action is so reassuring and helpful. The property where I live has been maintained well – new paint and roof just last year. While this was happening – I had a large video production project to complete for work, that required no outside noises. David made sure that there was no construction or maintenance on that day – AMAZING!! I truly cannot say enough positive things about David & Gaskill Realty.
